According to Khon2, a recent survey by the American Association of Retired Persons(AARP) found that many voters over 40 in Hawaii want the government to pass tax credits for family caregivers. People feel caregivers don’t get enough help and need more financial support to cover their expenses. Most voters, regardless of their political beliefs, strongly support this idea, and many say they’d vote for a candidate who supports caregiver tax credits.
