38-Year-Old Man Faces 33 Felony Charges After Alleged Killing of Fellow Plumber and Elderly Client
According to TrueCrimeDaily, a Crime Spree by a man named Rotherie Foster, 38 is in trouble with the law. He is accused of many bad things including killing someone stealing people’s identities and robbing a store. Foster is accused of killing another plumber, Jose Velasquez, in July 2022. He then stole his ATM passwords and checks to get money. He also used his plumbing job to find other people to hurt.

Plumber Accused of Murder and Identity Theft: 33 Felony Charges and Over 100 Accusations
Foster did something very bad to a 72-year-old man named Bill Levy. Levy died in January 2022 but it was later found that Foster had given him poison that killed him. This was discovered when the police looked at Foster’s bank records and found some suspicious transactions. Foster is now facing 33 serious charges and over 100 other accusations. He is accused of many bad things including murder stealing someone’s identity and robbing a store. He is being held in jail and will have to go to court on June 6.
