New Year’s Eve Incident: Arrests Made in Assault on ‘90210’ Star Ian Ziering
Two individuals have been apprehended in connection with the New Year’s Eve attack on “Beverly Hills, 90210” actor Ian Ziering on Hollywood Boulevard the Los Angeles Police Department announced on Tuesday, according to the published article of FOX 11. The suspects, Jacob Esteban Hernandez of Rosemead and Angie Tereza Guizar of Los Angeles were taken into custody early Tuesday morning. Hernandez faces charges of felony vandalism, while Guizar is charged with assault with a deadly weapon. The incident which occurred around 3 p.m. on December 31 was captured on camera and involved four members of a minibike gang who attacked Ziering while he was in traffic with his 10-year-old daughter. The altercation began when Ziering exited his car to inspect for damage following an interaction with one of the minibike riders.

Video footage obtained by TMZ showed Ziering shoving one of the riders which led to the gang of four attacking him and chasing him across the street. The chaotic scene intensified as the riders vandalized Ziering’s car while his daughter remained inside, adding to the distressing nature of the incident. The LAPD’s swift response and subsequent investigation led to the identification and arrest of Hernandez and Guizar. Following their arrests, the LAPD is preparing to submit the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for potential filing of charges. This case has garnered significant attention due to Ziering’s public profile and the alarming circumstances of the attack.
