According to CBSNews, Deja Douglas and Jaliyah Dramera are two students at Sacramento State University. They used to live in foster homes, but now they are thriving on campus. They like being part of a special program that helps former foster youth with things like housing, scholarships, and counseling.
These two friends have had some amazing surprises. One day, they were given $500 each month for a whole year! They were so happy and surprised. They are determined to finish college and help others like them. They are grateful for the support they’ve received.
