HOUSTON, TX – Quan Sergio Flowers has been charged with the brutal murder of 24-year-old Megan Rouse in Houston, and he is now also a person of interest in the disappearance of Kalie Goodwin from Baytown.
On May 3, Rouse was discovered beaten and shot multiple times on Anagnost Road. Surveillance footage identified a black Chevy Malibu, and Google Maps data placed Flowers at the crime scene. A ballistics test linked the shell casings found at the scene to those used in two other shootings in Houston.
Flowers is also connected to the disappearance of Kalie Goodwin. Goodwin was reported missing on April 23, and she was last known to be with a man named “Country,” identified as Flowers. A ransom call to Goodwin’s mother further complicates the case.
Flowers, with a history of violent crimes, remains under investigation for these incidents. Authorities urge anyone with information on Kalie’s whereabouts to contact Baytown Police.
