Three individuals have been apprehended in connection with a shooting incident that transpired in Vacaville last month. The arrests were made following a thorough investigation conducted by the Vacaville Police Department.
On January 30, authorities executed a search warrant at an apartment complex located in the 300 block of Bel Air Drive in Vacaville. This action stemmed from an ongoing inquiry into a shooting that took place on January 16 within the vicinity.
Reports from the Vacaville Police Department indicate that on the morning of the incident, multiple gunshots were heard in the 300 block of Crocker Driver shortly after 3 a.m. Responding officers discovered a 20-year-old male victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim received medical attention at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Subsequently, 18-year-old Geormari Harris from Vallejo was taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. Additionally, 20-year-old Caeleah Helm from American Canyon and 28-year-old Georisha Harris from Vacaville were arrested on suspicion of being accessories after the fact. All three individuals were booked into the Solano County Jail.
Although authorities believe the shooting to be an isolated incident, they continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the altercation.
