Gilmore was charged with misdemeanor assault on December 7 after reportedly hitting someone in the face at a storage unit in downtown Lexington, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader.
There is currently no additional information available regarding the potential judicial procedures resulting from the arrest. He might, however, receive some kind of diversionary therapy because it’s a misdemeanor.
After averaging 25.5 yards per reception in 2024 and recording 6 receptions for 153 yards and one score, Hardley Gilmore should be able to get past the incident and concentrate on having an outstanding 2025 season for the Nebraska football team.
