Man Sentenced to 60 Years in Prison for Murder of 5-Year-Old Boy in Arkansas

Shocking Case of Child Abuse and Murder Rocks Small Arkansas Town, Defendant Given Long Prison Sentence

According to TrueCrimeNews, A man named Nathan Bridges was sentenced to 60 years in prison for hurting a little boy named Blu Rolland. The police found Blu’s body at a house in Moro, Arkansas. Blu’s grandmother called the police because she couldn’t find him. She also noticed that her 6-year-old daughter had bad burns on her head.

Nathan Bridges hurt Blu very badly. He drowned him in the toilet as a punishment for biting his finger. After Blu died, Nathan buried his body under the floorboards. He also hurt Blu’s sister by burning her with hot water. Blu’s mom, Ashley Rolland, is waiting to go to court for her part in what happened. She is charged with very serious crimes, including hurting a child and being involved in Blu’s death.
