According to Twincities, A man named Dalmario Smith, 22, died in his cell at the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Stillwater. He was serving time for running away from prison and shooting a car. Smith was supposed to be released from prison in 2025.

Prison Death Under Investigation: Authorities Suspect Drug Overdose

The police are investigating how Smith died. They think he might have taken some bad drugs, which can be hidden in letters sent to prisoners through the mail. The head of the prison, Paul Schnell, is very sorry for Smith’s family and says they will try to find out who gave him the drugs and punish them if it’s true.
