Elliot Nowden, the suspect, allegedly wielded two small kitchen knives, targeting the victim’s neck without prior altercation. The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, tragically succumbed to her injuries despite efforts to save her life.

The incident occurred at approximately 5 a.m. on Monday, April 22, prompting a swift response from the Los Angeles Police Department.
