LOS ANGELES – A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court has brought forth disturbing allegations against Christian “King” Combs, son of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The lawsuit accuses Christian Combs of sexual assault, harassment, and emotional distress during a holiday yacht party in December 2022.

According to court documents obtained by FOX 11, the plaintiff, whose identity remains undisclosed, recounts her experience as an employee during the event. Allegedly working as a steward, she claims to have witnessed a scene of excessive partying, drug use, and a rotation of individuals suspected to be sex workers.

The plaintiff details an encounter with Christian Combs, alleging that he was heavily intoxicated and became aggressive after coercing her to consume alcohol. She asserts that Christian Combs touched her without consent, escalating to an attempt to force oral sex. Photos of bruising on her arms are included in the documents as evidence.

Furthermore, the lawsuit implicates Diddy as a defendant, accusing him of aiding and abetting his son’s behavior by renting out the yacht where the alleged assault took place.

This legal action adds to the ongoing turmoil surrounding the Combs family, as Christian’s brother, Justin Combs, is also implicated in a separate lawsuit filed by an individual named Lil Rod, who claims to possess incriminating footage involving Diddy.

The alleged victim states that she reported the incident to the yacht captain the following day, but no investigation was conducted, and she faced retaliation before ultimately being fired.

The aftermath of the alleged assault has reportedly led to severe emotional distress for the plaintiff, including anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts.
