The incident that unfolded on November 11, 2023, in the 13000 block of S. Drexel Avenue resulted in the fatal shooting of another 17-year-old boy. The community was further shaken when it was revealed that the same juvenile suspect is accused of an armed robbery that occurred on January 7, 2024, in the 7000 block of S. Constance Avenue. During this robbery the suspect allegedly held a 16-year-old victim against his will intensifying the gravity of the charges.
